Semi-constrained Rotating Hinge Prosthesis
Anatomic Femoro-Tibial component in CrCo alloy, also with BIOLOY® ultrahard antiallergic coating. The rotating hinge constrains the stability on all planes allowing flexion-extension movement. The degree of rotation improves as the degree of flexion increases; rotation is not allowed with the leg fully extended.
In the ANTI-LUXATION model the Femoral bush is locked onto the Tibia by the Tibial Insert, thus avoiding the components luxation after reduction of the joint .
Modular intramedullary stems for cemented or cementless anchoring, available in different lengths and diameters, with double locking system (screw and conical connection).
UHMWPE distal centralizers for perfect centering of the stem into the dyaphisis thus ensuring even distribution of the acrylic cement around the stem.
Total and partial augments, in different thicknesses, to be screwed to the inferior face of the tibial component.
Replaceable Polyethylene components can be easily exchanged in case of revision.
